CESCOM Apprentice Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill the following eligibility conditions:

Requisite Qualification:

  • Graduate Apprentices: BE/B. Tech in a relevant branch from AICTE/State/Central Govt. recognized University/Institution.
  • Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: 3-year Diploma in the relevant branch from a recognized Polytechnic.
  • Non-Engineering Graduates: BA / B.Sc / B.Com / BBA / BCA from a recognized University.

Other Eligibility Conditions:

  • Candidates must have passed in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026.
  • Minimum passing marks required.
  • Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training or have one year of work experience are not eligible.
  • Age: Not less than 18 years (as per Apprenticeship Rules).
  • Candidates should have knowledge of reading and writing in the Kannada language.
  • Only Karnataka State candidates are eligible.

Reservation Policy

Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD will be followed as per the Apprentices Act guidelines. The category claimed at the time of online application will only be considered. Relevant certificates must be produced at document verification.
