- Manager (Finance & Accounts): Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, OR Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, OR MBA with specialization in Finance (Full-time two years) from a university recognized by UGC/AICTE. Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance/Accounts/Internal Audit, with 4 years in the scale of 50000-160000 (IDA) or equivalent.
- Deputy Manager (Commercial): Degree/Diploma in Textiles Technology/Engineering or Chemistry from a recognized university/institute. Minimum 8 years of Marketing & Technical experience (yarn or dyes & chemicals), with 4 years in the scale of 40000-140000 (IDA) or equivalent (14 years in case of diploma holder).
- Assistant Manager (Commercial): Degree/Diploma in Textiles Technology/Engineering or Chemistry from a recognized university/institute. Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing/production of yarn or process house, with 4 years in the scale of 27000-95000 or equivalent (9 years in case of diploma holder).
