Understanding Your Shortlist Status – Next Steps
If you are on the Main List or Supplementary List:
You have qualified for the written test and are invited to the next stage. For Part-Time HST (Sanskrit), the next step is One Time Verification (OTR) of original documents at a date and venue to be announced separately. For Beat Forest Officer candidates, the next stage is Physical Measurement and Physical Efficiency Test (PMT/PET). Begin preparing for these stages immediately. Download any required documents from your OTR profile and note that inclusion on this list does not guarantee final selection – it remains subject to document verification and test performance.
If you are not on any shortlist:
You did not qualify for the written test or the Endurance Test (for forest officer). The next KPSC recruitment cycle typically opens within 3-6 months. Review the official notification to understand the merit cutoff and vacancy details, and plan your preparation for the next cycle. Keep your admit card and scorecard for reference.

What Happens After This Result
Part-time HST (Sanskrit) shortlisted candidates will be called for one-time verification of documents based on a schedule announced by KPSC. Candidates must produce original certificates and relevant proofs; OBC, SC, ST, and EWS claimants must carry the appropriate community or economic certificate issued by competent authorities. Answer-sheet printouts can be requested only after the final Ranked List is published; rechecking or revaluation of the online examination is not permitted.
Beat Forest Officer candidates will appear for Physical Measurement and Physical Efficiency Test in two phases. Physical Measurement is conducted first, and candidates who do not meet the prescribed measurements will not be allowed to attempt the efficiency test. Once measurements are cleared, the Physical Efficiency Test follows, and no second chance is given if a candidate is injured during the test. Date, time, and venue will be communicated via SMS, OTR profile message, and official media.
