Written examination is conducted only for candidates who complete the PFT. Separate examinations are held for the Engineering and Electrical streams.

Stage 2 – Recruitment Medical Examination

Medical fitness assessment is mandatory for all PFT-qualified candidates. Candidates deemed medically unfit may file an appeal within 5 days at a designated Military Hospital assigned by the Indian Navy. Medical certificates from non-designated hospitals are not accepted. Only one appeal is permitted.

Stage 3 – Pre-Enrolment Medical at INS Chilka
