- Medical Specialist: MD or MS in the relevant specialty, or DNB certification with three years of postgraduate clinical experience.
- Radiologist: Postgraduate degree in appropriate radiological specialty with three years of postgraduate experience. Medical Council registration is mandatory.
- Gynaecologist: MD or MS in obstetrics and gynaecology, or DNB with three years of postgraduate experience.
- Medical Officer: MBBS degree with three years of work experience following internship.
- Dental Officer: BDS with three years of professional dental experience.
Para-Medical Staff Eligibility
- Lab Assistant: DMLT or Armed Forces Class-I Laboratory Technician Course with five years of experience.
- Lab Technician: BSc in Medical Laboratory Technology or 10+2 with Science plus DMLT/Armed Forces Class-I course with three years of experience.
- Pharmacist: B Pharmacy degree or 10+2 with Science, combined with Diploma in Pharmacy and three years of experience.

- Radiographer: Diploma in Radiography or Armed Forces Class-I Radiographer Course with five years of experience.
