CGPSC State Engineering Service Exam 2026 – Age Limit
Candidates must be a minimum of 21 years and not more than 30 years of age as on 01-01-2026. Chhattisgarh State residents get an additional 5-year relaxation (maximum age 40 years) as per the State Govt. order dated 18.01.2024, extended up to 31.12.2028. All age relaxations combined must not exceed 45 years.

The selection process consists of 2 successive stages – Stage 1 (Written Examination) and Stage 2 (Interview/Personality Test). Candidates shortlisted from the written examination (approximately 3 times the number of vacancies per subject category) will be called for an interview.
