5.3 Your Representations and Warranties

• You are legally eligible to apply for the position
• Your Aadhaar card and all identity documents are genuine and belong to you
• You have read and agree to comply with the official recruitment notification
• You understand that submission of false information may lead to disqualification and legal consequences

5.7 Prohibited Uses

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information

5.8 Technical Limitations

We are not liable for official portal downtime or technical errors, server issues on government websites, application rejection due to portal-side problems, changes in application format by authorities, or sudden closure of application windows by recruiting bodies.

The total amount you pay for our Application Assistance Service consists of two components, both disclosed transparently before payment:

• You must provide a transaction screenshot or reference number to initiate processing
• Processing begins only after payment verification — typically within 24–48 hours

6.3 Refund Policy

Our Service Fee is strictly non-refundable once payment is made, as work begins immediately upon receipt of your application details. Refunds of the Official Fee are governed by the recruiting authority’s own refund rules, not ours.

We do not refund for: change of mind after submission, application rejection by the authority, non-selection or disqualification, incorrect information provided by you, missed deadlines due to your delay, or recruitment cancellation by the authority.

Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases only: payment made but service not yet initiated, application deadline passed before we could process due to our fault, double payment by mistake (after verification), or service cancellation by us due to technical impossibility. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment with valid proof. Approved refunds are processed within 15–30 business days.

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, website design, and software — is the exclusive property of MyNaukriAlert.com or its content suppliers and is protected under Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Limited Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyNaukriAlert.com, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Missed job opportunities or application deadlines
• Application rejection, disqualification, or non-selection
• Financial losses from application fees paid
• Errors in form submission due to user-provided incorrect information
• Damages arising from reliance on information provided on the Website

This limitation applies regardless of whether damages arise from contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sangrur, Punjab, India.

Dispute Resolution
