- Zonal Security Officer: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute. A minimum of three years of experience as Deputy Superintendent of Police or equivalent is required.
- FL Counsellor: Graduate with experience in Banking or related fields and sound knowledge of Banking, Law, Finance, Agriculture, and allied activities. Candidates should possess requisite communication and team-building skills, and knowledge of the local language is essential. A working knowledge of Computers is necessary. Preference will be given to honourably retired J&K Bank Officers not below the rank of Senior Manager (Scale-III Cadre).
