Click the official apply link below.

Once the application is confirmed, no changes can be made by either the candidate or the Board. If a correction is required after confirmation, submit a fresh application before the last date and pay the fee again. If multiple applications are submitted, only the last confirmed application with a paid fee will be treated as valid; fees from earlier applications are not refunded or carried forward.

Common Mistakes to Avoid While Applying

  • Selecting the wrong category: Your category selection (General/EWS/SEBC/SC/ST) cannot be changed after application confirmation. Double-check eligibility and documentary proof before submitting.
  • Paying the fee after the deadline: The fee payment portal closes automatically at 23:59 on 01 July 2026. No late fee payment is accepted under any circumstances.
  • Losing the Confirmation Number: All admit card downloads, result checks, and further communications require the Confirmation Number, not the Application Number. Save it securely.
  • Uploading a photo outside specifications: The photograph must be exactly 5 cm × 3.6 cm, with a white background, dated, and taken within one year of 29 June 2026. An incorrect size will cause form rejection at the verification stage.
  • Submitting wrong certificates for SEBC status: SEBC married female candidates must provide the Non-Creamy Layer certificate based on parents’ income, not the spouse’s income. Providing the spouse’s income certificate will result in disqualification.
  • Applying without computer knowledge: Candidates can apply without a current computer certificate, but MUST arrange one before receiving the appointment order. Not doing so leads to automatic cancellation of the selection.
  • Submitting multiple applications with incomplete fees: Only the last confirmed application with a paid fee is valid. Earlier applications’ fees are neither refunded nor adjusted.
