How to Apply for the Central Bank of India Apprentice Recruitment 2026

  1. Visit the NATS portal at https://nats.education.gov.in and navigate to the “Student Register/Login” section.
  2. Complete your registration on NATS and note your Enrolment ID for all future correspondence.
  3. After NATS registration, visit https://nats.education.gov.in/student_type.php to locate and apply to the Central Bank of India apprenticeship advertisement.
  4. Upon applying on NATS, you will receive an email from BFSI SSC at [email protected] with a link to register on the BEEP portal at https://beep.bfsissc.com.
  5. Complete your final application on the BEEP portal by entering your caste category, district preferences, and other required details.
  6. Pay the applicable application fee online through the BEEP portal. Your application is considered complete only after successful fee payment.
  7. Take a printout of the system-generated online application form after submission for your records.
  8. Do not submit multiple applications; only the last valid completed application will be retained by the system.

The application process involves two government portals (NATS and BEEP) coordinating with BFSI SSC (Banking and Financial Services Shared Services Centre), which is the recruiting agency. Ensure your NATS registration is finalized before the email from BFSI SSC arrives, as delays may prevent timely completion on the BEEP portal. Keep your Enrolment ID and application credentials safe for all communication with the bank.

Common Mistakes to Avoid While Applying

  • Not completing NATS registration before applying – NATS registration is a mandatory prerequisite, without which you cannot proceed. Candidates who skip this step will be unable to receive the BEEP portal registration link.
  • Missing the email from BFSI SSC with the BEEP portal link – The email with your BEEP registration link is sent after the NATS application. Check your inbox and spam folders regularly between 12 and 22 June 2026.
  • Failing to pay the application fee by 22/06/2026 – Applications without fee payment are automatically rejected. Pay immediately after completing the BEEP form to avoid technical delays near the deadline.
  • Providing incorrect district preference – District selection during BEEP registration determines your posting location during training. Verify the state and district carefully; changes are not permitted after submission.
  • Submitting multiple applications – Submitting more than one application causes the system to retain only the last one. The fee for earlier submissions is not refunded.

Documents Required at Document Verification

Candidates must carry originals and self-attested photocopies of the following documents when called for verification:

  • System-generated printout of the online application form or NATS enrolment form
  • Date of birth proof (Birth Certificate or Class X certificate showing date of birth)
