Central Bank of India AGM Specialist Recruitment 2026 – Selection Process

The selection process consists of an Online Examination followed by an Interview. Merely satisfying the eligibility norm does not entitle a candidate to be called for the test or interview. Candidates qualified in the online test will be called for an interview to the extent of 4 times the number of vacancies. Final merit will be based on the combined performance in Online Test and Interview in the ratio of 70:30. In case of equal marks, candidates senior in age will be placed higher in the merit list.

Before applying, candidates should scan their photograph (200×230 pixels, 20-50 KB), signature (140×60 pixels, 10-20 KB), left thumb impression (240×240 pixels, 20-50 KB), and handwritten declaration (800×400 pixels, 50-100 KB). A valid personal email ID and contact number must be kept active until completion of the recruitment process. Not more than one application should be submitted by any candidate. In case of multiple applications, only the latest valid (completed) application will be retained.

An indemnity bond of INR 3,00,000/- must be executed by the selected candidate to indemnify the Bank in case such candidate leaves the service within 3 years of selection. Candidates must have a minimum CIC (Credit Information Company) score of 650 with no credit default or financial indiscipline as on the date of document verification.

  • Only one application per candidate – multiple applications will result in the forfeiture of the fee paid for other registrations.
