Important Instructions for Candidates

Candidates must ensure that they fulfil all eligibility conditions before applying; admission at all stages of selection will be purely provisional and subject to verification by APSC.

  • No change of category/sub-category (caste, etc.) will be allowed after submission of the online application form.
  • Suppression of facts, false declarations, or submission of tampered/fabricated documents may lead to rejection of candidature and action as per law, even after recommendation for appointment.
  • Candidates must produce valid photo identity proof (PAN Card, Driving Licence, Passport, Institution ID, Voter ID, Aadhaar, etc.) at the time of the written test and interview.
  • Date of Birth once declared in the online application will be treated as final; only Class X/XII Board documents will be accepted as age proof.
  • Candidates must upload all required documents before final submission; no additional documents will be accepted after final submission of the online application.
